Payment for one-time purchases and subscriptions must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled by the purchaser in accordance with our cancellation policy.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
7 Mile Academy offers educational programs, courses, and subscriptions. When you make a purchase:
One-Time Purchases: Refunds are available for one-time purchases within 14 days of purchase.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions are refundable within the first 14 days of usage. After this 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued after the initial 14 days.
If a refund is issued, any applicable affiliate commissions will be clawed back from the affiliate associated with the purchase.
5. Subscription Cancellations
To cancel a subscription, please log in to your account and navigate to the subscription management area or contact support at [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
6. Affiliate Program
7 Mile Academy offers an affiliate program for those who wish to promote our products. Affiliates earn commissions for sales generated through their unique referral link. Affiliate commissions are subject to our Affiliate Program Agreement, which outlines specific terms related to commissions, payments, and clawbacks for refunds or chargebacks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, and resources provided by 7 Mile Academy are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of the materials without our written permission. Violations of these terms may result in legal action.
8. Disclaimers
All content and services are provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Company does not guarantee specific results from the use of its educational programs or services.
The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 Mile Academy and its owners, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or the inability to access our services.
